All of my events packages are based on an hourly rate. For my standard events package, my hourly rate is $150. This covers all events with the exception of weddings and events used for business marketing. Weddings have their own packages and are not shot or edited like my events. Business events have their own packages with full commercial releases available.
My event coverage typically produce at minimum 50-75 images an hour, depending on the event. All of my images are edited in my style, but not retouched (skin smoothing, background fixing, etc, like a portrait would be). Images that you would like retouched can be retouched at a fee of $15 per image.
Turnaround for events is usually 1 week. In most cases, your images will come to you in a digital gallery. If your event is particularly long and I have a lot of images I may turn over a flash drive to make things easier.
Events must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours and may be extended in hourly increments and do not cover portraits. Travel to events is available throughout the Northern California Area, travel fees do apply to events outside of 30 minutes from the Modesto Area.
A second shooter is available for large events for an additional fee.
