Deluxe Cake Smash Session – Session fee $300 (includes cake and set design)
Is your little one ready to turn one? Let’s capture that first taste of cake with a stylized cake smash session.
Sessions are 45 minutes long with full 3-D set designs. If you can dream it, I can make it. Set design, the cake and an outfit is included in your package. All cake smash sessions take place in my studio in North Modesto, 5 mins off of 99.
My cake smash sessions start off with standard portraits. This session is allowed one outfit change. I offer a few different outfits in my client closet for sessions for both boys and girls. After we’ve gotten the standard portraits out of the way we’ll release the beast and let your little one have at it with their cake. Some don’t know what to make of it, others shove their entire face in it. It’s really quite entertaining to watch.
If your session has time and you’d like to include it, I also have a vintage claw foot tub we can use for post-smash photos. Babies can wear their diapers, a swim diaper or a swimsuit. The tub will be empty, but I add some bubbles in post production to make it look like a real bath.
Cake smash packages include a cake. The cake I provide is a white nearly naked frosted cake in vanilla. These cakes are 5″ in size and will be topped with a number one. The cakes are minimal in design, so the focus is on what’s important, your adorable little one!
This package is allowed one theme/set design. All of my cake smashes are unique and fully customized. I make custom 3D cutouts for every session. The sky is really the limit on theme. Want a set with Godzilla smashing some skyscrapers in the background? We can do that!
Session fees are due upon booking and are non-refundable. Session fees do not include digitals, prints, wall art or albums. Your session fee is your retainer and includes the time and talents of the photographer, session styling, studio use and any props. Session fees do not include digitals, prints, wall art or albums. My digital collection fees are separate from my package fees, giving clients the freedom to choose as many or as few as they’d like. Digital collections are all high resolution and begin at $250. The All White Cake Smash Session – Session fee $150 (includes cake and outfit)
This minimalistic smash session will focus solely on your little one. The set is a simple white background with a small white cake stand and cake allowing us to capture the beauty of your baby without any distractions.
The set will be all white. A cake and all white outfits are provided. The cake I provide is a white nearly naked frosted cake in vanilla. These cakes are 5″ in size and will be topped with a number one. I have outfits ranging in size 9 months to 18 months for cake smashes. This session does not allow outfit changes.
The All White session is a short session 20 minutes in length which is perfect for short attention spans. Sessions start off with portraits of your little one. We will place your baby in the set and get a few sitting and action crawling shots before we let them have their fun with the cake.
All white sessions are also perfect for printing and decorating your walls with. White goes with everything!

The Process
When you contact me to book your session, we will go over the type of session you’ll be choosing, the theme/occasion, set design, clothing choices and more. I am more than happy to suggest clothing or color choices and I love designing sets. My job is to make your little one look good!
